Your holiday is a legally binding contract and like all contracts you should protect yourself if things go wrong.
In the event of cancellation we will endeavour to re-let. Should we not succeed, and you inform us four weeks before your arrival, you will forfeit the deposit. If you inform us within four weeks of arrival, you are legally liable to pay for the full cost of the accommodation.
Cancellations must be notified by telephone as soon as possible and followed by a letter. Cancellations are not valid without written notification.
