Booking Conditions

  1. When booking, a deposit of 25% of the total rent is required together with the appropriate premium for our holiday cancellation scheme. The balance should be paid no later than four weeks before arrival. We would be pleased to discuss your booking by telephone but require a deposit within five days of the call.
  2. Bookings taken within four weeks of arrival require full payment immediately.
  3. The client agrees to leave the property in the same condition that it was handed over to them.
  4. Damage to property or fittings will be charged at replacement rate.
  5. No dogs will be admitted unless previous notice has been given and permission in writing granted.
  6. The information in the brochure is correct at time of going to press. We cannot accept responsibility for alterations to facilities outside our control. We shall, however, endeavour to inform you.
  7. Keys to the accommodation are available from 4.00pm on the day of arrival. You are asked to vacate the cottage by 10.00am on the day of departure.
  8. The business holds the right to change the tariff due to any changes in VAT regulations.
  9. All cheques should be made payable to "Northumberland Estates".
