Two peaceful stone cottages on a hill overlooking the coast and yet in magnificent countryside, 7 minutes drive from Bamburgh and Seahouses, or just 15 minutes to Alnwick. With wonderful views in all directions . and as far as Bamburgh castle and the Farne Islands. Each cottage has is own barbecue and there is a lockable bike store. They have no stairs!

Crumstone and Longstone have just been completely refurbished and redesigned The Master bedroom in each cottage has an impressive ensuite bathroom and the second bedroom (which has been moved ! to have lovely view) has its own ensuite shower room. They both have an open plan living room and kitchen with a log fire in the middle. Patio doors lead out to anenclosed sun trap! Crumstone is on the end with a king and double room . Longstone has a double and twin room. Facilities include Wifi, TV, DVD, video player, washer dryer,fridge freezer, dishwasher electric and microwave cooker We provide all bedding linen and towels, tea towels, kitchen clothes, kitchen and toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, fresh flowers and complimentary toiletry essentials. Cot and high chair will be provided free of charge on requested (but we do not provided the cot bedding).

The cottages are heated throughout while the log stove adds an extra cosiness at the end of the day. They are named after two of the rocky outcrops which make up the Farne Islands. Vit the islands, meet the puffins, hear of heroic rescues and the beginning of CHristianity in Northumbria.

Golf courses, horse riding, sea fishing and bird watching are all convenient to enjoy. The castles at Bamburgh, Dunstanburgh and Alnwick are just a short car journey away.

2 Cottages

The end cottage with wonderful views sleeping 3 in a king size and single room. All on one level Crumstone has a superbly equipped kitchen/dining room, a spacious living room with comfortable sofas and digital TV, video and dvd player. .

Longstone sleeps 4 in a double and twin but otherwise identical.

Together this 2 cottages are a wonderful place for 2 families to holiday together.
