Alnwick Castle Cottages, based at Alnwick Castle, are delightful examples of traditional Northumbrian design, lovingly cared for and superbly equipped with all the comforts of home. The cottages are owned by the Duke of Northumberland’s Estate.

Northumberland, England’s northerly border county, has both charm and variety that have long made it a favourite haunt of those in the know. Take the time to explore the magnificent rolling hills and secluded valleys, huge sandy beaches and historic castles; then return to drinks on the patio, roaring fires and big cosy beds.

We promise a sincere, warm welcome and excellent personal service to ensure your stay is both enjoyable and memorable.

Now, for those occasionally wet days, we have access to The Ocean Club at Seahouses where guests can lazy in the pool, jacuzzi or steam bath, work out in the gym or be pampered in the beauty salon.

Three of our cottages have recently been given Gold Awards at Lucker Hall Steading - Cinch, Lavender and The Studio.
